This is actually quite good!

The only minor flaws that cought my attention is that his front legs are a tad to small for his actual posture.

And a small detail about the hat somehow pulls my attention yet i don't find it bad
its probably the straight line at the bottem of the head (looks like something was pasted on his head this way)

even so i'm still a learning artist myself atm (started a few days ago to make some art to on paper)
but just wanted to say my thoughts on what i saw
